Mechanized (Robby) Robot 1956, it is 0.5 version = D-Cell.

It was quickly redesigned to use D-cells and another difference in battery type this early version uses a simple side mounted knurled metal knob handle on the exterior of each battery door. The door stays closed by forced compression against the opposite sidewall and the knob does not turn. Battery Operated 13 inches (33 cm)

This original and complete 0.5 version D-Cell of this Mechanized (Robby) Robot, is working and in good condition, it has a few light scrapes on body, the head’s dome has a crack, the feet are repainted, both battery boxes are clean, it has already been used.
